The CTI Model 4412 UPS/Power Conditioner is designed for use in harsh electrical and physical environments. The universal, dual external input allows the use of either an external AC input or a external DC input, or both, to provide 1.5 KVA (1.2KW) of clean, stable, sinusoidal power at 60 hz before resorting to the user supplied battery pack for power.
The AC input which accepts 80-265 VAC and 47-75 hz is ideal for most field generators. The DC input which accepts 21-33 VDC is suitable for input from alternators on military wheeled and tracked vehicles.
Optional battery input connector transforms the Model 4412 into a true UPS with redundant DC input capability.
CTI’s Model 4424 Dual UPS/Power Conditioner was designed for situations where there are multiple loads which need clean, stable AC power and the combined power need is large.
The Model 4424 is two independent Power Conditioners, each capable of 1.5 KVA (1.2 KW), built within one chassis. Each side of the Dual UPS has a universal dual input, allowing either valid AC input or valid DC input, or both, automatically selecting between them.
The power inputs of the two sides of the Model 4424 may be paralleled to the same source.
